Finer hardware selection for Tasks — pick GPUs by model and VRAM, more CPU presets, clearer storage — plus more reliable live logs.
This release focuses on Tasks: more control over the hardware your task runs on, and steadier live logs.
Major features

Section titled “Finer hardware selection for Tasks”Submitting a task now gives you precise control over its hardware:
- Pick your GPU by model and VRAM. The submission form lists the GPUs available for your task and lets you filter to the exact model and memory size you need.
- More CPU-only presets. CPU tasks now range from small to high-core options, so you can match the size to your workload instead of choosing between just two.
- See what you get before you run. The form shows the exact CPU, memory, and storage your task will be given for the hardware you select.
Consistent task storage
Section titled “Consistent task storage”The storage a task receives is now sized the same way as Pods, so the disk space you ask for is the disk space your task gets. See task billing for how storage is charged.
- Live task logs stream reliably. The log view for a running task now keeps updating throughout the run, including long-running tasks that produce a lot of output — previously it could stop refreshing after a while.
- Fixed a case where the task submission form’s GPU list could fail to load.
For hosts
Section titled “For hosts”- GPU hardware faults on host machines — driver crashes, bus drop-offs, and similar — are now detected more reliably and attributed to the affected machine, so unhealthy GPU nodes are flagged correctly.
- Fixed an error that could occur when expanding a local storage volume.
